3. Pre-Orders

Some magazine issues may be offered as pre-orders before printing has been completed.

When purchasing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:

  • Your payment is collected at the time your order is placed.
  • Your order will not ship until the magazine has been printed and received by HeXen Magazine.
  • Estimated release and shipping dates are subject to change due to printing, manufacturing, or shipping delays beyond our control.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.

5. Payments

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

We accept the payment methods offered through Shopify at the time of checkout.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Printed copies of HeXen Magazine are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your magazine arrives damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement within 15 days of delivery by providing:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged magazine
  • Photos of the shipping packaging, when possible

Approved claims will receive one replacement copy at no additional cost.
